October Cigar Smoker – Awesome “Space” on October 10th

Brothers and Sisters of the Leaf,

We have found a fantastic spot for a BBQ cigar event. Instead of standard fare of hamburgers and hotdogs, we have a specially prepared gourmet Italian BBQ that will make your mouth water just reading the succulent menu. Once done with dinner, go to the rooftop for a cigar and a bottle of wine while overlooking the city\’s sparkling lights all the way to the Han River and beyond.

WHO: This event is limited to 20 people. We will accept the first 20 people that RSVP & complete prepayment to this event. SCAS can no longer cover the costs of those that RSVP and do not attend.

WHEN: Saturday, October 10th starting at 6:30pm.

LOCATION: This adult wonderland is called Space or Hwa Soo Mok in Hangul. Space is located just past the Grand Hyatt and just 25 meters from the Phillips / Danish Embassy. Valet parking is available for a ₩2,000 charge. If you chose to drink, we recommend a taxi.

EVENT FORMAT: The evening\’s format is simple: show up, dine, smoke, drink, and be happy with friends.

EVENT CHARGE: ₩88,000 (VAT already included). Prepayment for dinner is required in order to attend. If you wish to attend, please send electronic payment to 최혜진 (마스카스), Bank: KB Acct #: 206802-04-016928 no later than October 7th by 8pm. Also, please send us an email that payment was sent so we know who sent the payment. If you are located on Yongsan Garrison, email us and we will make direct coordination with you for prepayment.

DRINK: Dinner comes with two glasses of house wine. Additional wine comes at an additional charge but from a nice wine list. If interested, take a look at the wine list link at the end of the email. Space does not have a whiskey list, but they will allow you to bring your own Scotch whiskey at a ₩100,000 corkage fee per every two bottles.

FEATURED CIGAR: 2008 Limited Edition Romeo y Julieta No.2. The cigar charge is separate from the dinner. We cannot disclose the cigar\’s price in this email but we can inform that it is discounted at 10% for this events. The cigar is paid for at the smoker event.

ATTIRE: Business casual. No jeans, t-shirts, or sneaker. Please dress appropriately.

RSVP: We must have our attendance numbers reported to the venue by Wednesday, October 7th by 9pm therefore please make prepayment and RSVP by 8pm.
